Evaluating the Effectiveness of Nonprofit Web Sites
I came across a short but insightful article by Megan C. Wilson: Evaluating the Effectiveness of Nonprofit Web Sites – Lessons from two organizations.
Of particular interest to me is the framework she developed to evaluate websites:
users’ ability to interact with the site
the site’s educational value
the effectiveness of the site in relaying the organization’s mission
the layout [...]
E-Philanthropy: Building donor trust over the Internet
That’s my working title for the dissertation. And here are the research objectives:
